Our return policy guarantee for refund or exchange is up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. However, standard practices on consumable goods such as coffee products, K-Cups, and other beverages are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts or has obvious signs of use is subject to a 25% restocking fee or returned back to the customer.

To start your return, request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from your account dashboard or contact us page. Any return merchandises without an authorized RMA number on the package will not be accepted.

Please allow up to seven (7) days to review and process your refund. The refund amount will be applied back to your original method of payment. We will notify you via your account dashboard or by email when your return has been processed.

The shipping cost to return package back to us is customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge to send package to customer is nonrefundable.



Instajava products have a one (1) year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover accident, abuse, misuse, batteries, or water damage.

The majority of other items have a one (1) year limited warranty too. Please contact the manufacturer warranty department or their customer service number for more information or to arrange warranty service.
